Auction winnings MUST be picked up the Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (10am - 3pm)
IMMEDIATELY following the auction they are won in.

Anyone can pick up for you.  They will need your name and Invoice Number.

We are not able to accommodate any special requests or pick ups outside of the listed days/hours.
Please do not email us requests or reason for not picking up, they are not answered.  There are no exceptions to the pick up policy.

It is the winning bidders responsibility to ensure they have all items and are correct before leaving the premises.  Missing items after leaving are not refundable.  We cannot be responsible for items missing after completing your pick up.

Delivery requests must be received by EMAIL no later than 3pm Monday. 
Orders not picked up/delivered as per policy are subject to a $20 storage fee each week.
Please only bid if you can comply.

We will hold orders for up to 3 weeks maximum

Forfeiting Orders

There are many reasons you may want to forfeit an item or order.  Please email us the invoice number if that is the case.  The order will still be charged to you but you will not incur any further charges for pick up / delivery violations.

Buy It Now Purchases
Must be picked up within 10 days of purchase.

Items not picked up within the policy time frames are considered forfeit.
